武汉城市圈内公共卫生服务需求现状分析

摘要: 目的了解武汉城市圈内居民认为公共卫生服务项目开展的必要性, 掌握他们的需求。方法问卷调查。结果
居民认为最有必要开展的公共卫生服务项目前 5 位依次为常规疫苗接种、重点慢性病的预防控制、常见传染病的健康教
育、知识咨询及诊治、建立儿童预防接种卡、社区计划生育指导及避孕节育指导。另外几乎每个项目都有 50%以上的居
民不愿意付费。结论对公共卫生服务项目区别投入; 改革支付方式。

Analysis of demand situation about the public health service in Wuhan City

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To know the opinion of residents in Wuhan City Circle about the necessity of carrying out public
health service, and master their demand. METHODS Questionnaire survey was used. RESULTS Residents thought that the top
5 projects of public health service which were necessary to be carried out were regular ination, prevention and control of
important chronic disease, health education, counseling, diagnosis and treatment mon infectious disease, establishing
ination card for children, family planning instruction munity, contraceptive and birth control instruction. Besides,
more than 50% residents were unwilling to pay almost in every project. CONCLUSION We should inv
