由于时代的飞速发展、人们对生活质量提高的迫切要求,产品的包装越来越受到社会各界的重视,使包装行业得到快速的发展。国内,包装设备的单机控制技术已经进入到实用阶段,但整条生产线的控制的研究还处于刚刚起步状况,造成包装生产线的自动化、智能化程度很低。本课题就是针对这种态势,对包装生产线的整体监控、故障诊断进行了初步研究。
为了适应现代包装行业的发展以及提高包装生产线的自动化和智能化程度,本文进行了包装生产线的监控、诊断系统的研究。按照分布式系统的一般设计原则,独立地开发了这套系统。
本文的主要内容:
:其中,包括控制器件的选型、它们的结构组成以及相互之间的连接;
:主要以Visual ,开发了通信、监控软件,基本实现了预期目标;
,以关键设备-包装机为主,对它的故障诊断进行了研究。

ABSTRACT
For the rapid development of era and anxious request of people’s improving their living quantity people have thought much of production’s packing than before. This makes packing industry to develop fast. In our country, the study of monitoring and control packing line is little though signal machine in the line has controlled well. The queston that the line is not automatized and intelligentized exists.
In order to be seasoned with the development of present-day packing industry and improve the degree of packing product line automatization and intelligentize, I have processed a study of packing product line distributed monitoring and control and diagnosis system in this text . According to the system’mon design principle,I have exploited this system independently.
The main work in this text:
1. The design of equipment’s controlling hardware: including selecting models of controlling apparatus and theirs building configuration and connecting them;
2. The design of system software: I have exploited software munication and monitoring and control using Visual Basic . I have realized my anticipated aims on the whole;
3. using fuzzy fault diagnosis method in the line: I have diagnosticated packing machine that is the key equipment in the line.
