编组站主要根据列车编组计划的要求,大量办理货物列车的解体和编组作业,负责路网上合枢纽中车流的组织,同时还供给列车动力,对列车进行整备和检修,但到达解体的列车能不能及时有效的发出去,其中存在着许多因素,制约着编组站的作业效率。本文主要通过湖集编组站的概况、站线、设备的使用情况,然后分析了提高湖集编组站效率的可行性和必要性,接着讨论了影响湖集编组站的改编能力人,机、环境等因素,最后以此来探讨湖集编组站如何通过到、解、编、发作业科学协调,加强设备养护、加快设备更新,加强调度组织指挥,提高计划编制质量提高机车运用效率,强化机、列衔接加速解体作业职工培训、提高职工积极性,进而来提高编组站的改编作业效率。

ABSTRACT
The marshalling station is according to positions of the requirements of the plan, a large number of goods for the collapse of the train and marshalling operations, responsible for work in anization of traffic and hub, and also supply power to train, train for servicing and maintenance, but to the disintegration of the train can timely and effective to send out, of which there are many factors that restrict the marshalling station operation efficiency. This paper mainly through the lake set the general situation of the marshalling station, standing line, the use of equipment, and then analyzes the improve the efficiency of the marshalling lake set feasibility and the necessity, and then discusses the influence of the lake set marshalling station, adapted ability machine, environmental factors, finally so as to explore how to set the marshalling lake, solution through, to edit, coordination, strengthen hair homework science equipment maintenance, speed up the equipment renewal, strengthen, improve anization plan to enhance the quality of the otive operation efficiency, and to strengthen the machine, column cohesion disintegration accelerated work staff training, improve worker activity and to improve the efficiency of the marshalling adaptation.
