粤港澳三地是我国较特殊的行政特区:广东是我国最早实行改革开放政策,且经济为最发达之省份之一;香港及澳门是我国特别行政区,在“一国两制”原则的前提下,实行资本主义制度。香港经济发达,是国际金融航运中心,在外贸及旅游服务业等方面也较为发达,具有丰富的经济发展经验,能为广东发展提供资金和先进之管理方法;澳门虽然地小,但回归后发展稳定,经济发展迅速,潜力优厚,并且是国际自由港、自由贸易区和特别关税区,其亦与欧洲国家有着四百多年之文化交流史,与台湾、欧盟及拉丁语系国家有特殊的经贸关系,能为三地发展发挥桥梁及纽带作用。粤港澳三地在地理位置上相互毗邻,拥有相近的传统文化,随着港澳回归祖国,粤港澳三地的经济合作便齐备了“天时、地利、人和”的优势。粤港澳应该如何相互取长补短,以先进带动后进,实现三地经济协调发展,己成为当今的热门话题。本文围绕三地独特的经济、政治、文化情况,全面分析三地进行区域经济合作的背景和现状,对三地的区域经济合作进行深入的思考,并对未来三地区域经济合作描绘美好的蓝图。
