本文以高层住宅为例,切入分析城市住宅的外部景观设计。首先,以景观设计必须与住宅规划设计相结合进行的设计思维为前提,本文厘清了住宅外部景观设计的概念、原则、程序及表达方式等。其次,住宅的不同布局形式,将生成不同的外部空间形态,给与人们以不同的视觉感受和心理反应,本文分析归纳了外部空间的若干布局形式,并讨论高层住宅外部空问的特殊性。再次,本文将住宅外部景观划分为四种类型——建筑景观、道路景观,场所景观以及绿化景观,并以高层住宅为具体研究对象,对其从整体布局、到各项景观类型,乃至体量组合、形体处理、色彩质感处理方法等等进行讨论。最后,本论文以深圳骏悠园居住小区为例,比照前文划定的设计和评判模式,对该高层住宅的外部景观设计进行了详细的评析。
通过大量的实例分析,本文试图归纳整理出有一定新意的设计理论观点与营造方法,为城市住宅外部景观设计提供粗浅的理论指导和可供参考借鉴的信息。

ABSTRACT
Taking high·rise houses for example,this thesis explores the landscape design method of the exterior space of the city dwelling houses,with an imperative that the landscape design and the architectural design ofhousing must series of analysis steps arc applied in this ,the conception,the principle,the procedure,and the presentation ofthe housing landscape design are , the various kinds ofspatial layout ofhousing,which may bring people differed visual
experiences and feelings,a地articulated term by term in this thesis,while the featured
exterior space of high—rises is especially ,the housing landscape design targets are divided into four types:building,traffic,place,and , focusing on the high-rises,this thesis makes a thorouIgh discussion on its basic layout, the above four types of housing landscape,and design elements such as the volume,
the color,and the material,,a c雠咖dy on high·rise houses in Shenzhen is done,in order to justify the above analytical modes on the housing landscape
design.
To sum up’through many in-detail analyses,this thesis attempts tO conclude and arrange some original designing concepts and methods,which can selWe to offer guidance and advisable information to the exterior landscape design of the high—rise
dwelling houses.
