杯盖塑料注塑模模具设计
摘要:使用数控技术、数控机床的高效率、高精度进行模具设计和加工已经成为当今社会的主流。本文是关于注塑模的设计,设计的制品是杯盖。首先对制品进行尺寸的选择和性能形状的分析,然后根据分析选择注塑材料和注射机。接着利用PRO/E进行大口杯盖的实体设计,并进行模具设计,也就是对模具的型腔、型芯和浇注系统进行设计,再利用AutoCAD画出整个模具的装配图。最后是型腔的CAM加工设计。

Mold processing technology of the main
