[摘要] 目的了解河北省南部山区心房颤动(房颤)的流行病学情况,为进一步的防治奠定基础。方法从全县5个乡镇中随机抽取10个自然村,采取国际通用的标准化调查方法,在人群中进行以房颤为主要内容的心血管流行病学调查并统计结果。%,%,高于全(χ2=,P<)。患病率随年龄增加而增高(χ2=,P<)。男性女性房颤患病率没有差别(χ2=,P>)。所有房颤病人中瓣膜型、%、%%。房颤病人中脑卒中9例,%,以缺血性脑卒中为主(8例)。房颤病人的服药治疗情况不理想。结论冀南山区房颤患病率较高,以非瓣膜性房颤为主,房颤的治疗、原发疾病的控制、并发症的防治需进一步加强。

The epidemical investigation of atrial fibrillation in the south mountainous region of Hebei province

[ABSTRACT] Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the current prevalence of atrial fibrillation(AF)in the south mountainous region of Hebei province and contribute to further prevention and treatment. Methods We randomly chose 10 villages from 5 towns in Lincheng county in the south mountainous region of Hebei province. Using international standardized methods, we performed a cardiovascular epidemical study which was mainly on AF. Results 72 cases of AF were found in a toal 6599 population.
