摘要
施工图预算是依据国家现行建筑工程有关技术标准、规范、规程及法律、法规文件,以及相关工程造价指导信息等对工程进行编制。本文的大连市龙王塘3#住宅楼(土建部分)的施工图预算,针对相关信息主要编制了单位工程预算表、人材机汇总表、主要材料、机械台班数量汇总表、建筑工程费用计算表、分项工程人材机汇总表等。通过科学的计算步骤,,。
本文系统阐述了以定额为基础的施工图预算以及在工程造价管理领域国内外研究的现状,并分析了目前工程造价软件的应用情况。此外,对大连市龙王塘旧区改造B地块3#住宅楼工程编制了施工图预算。通过编制施工图预算,利用单位估价法和鲁班软件算量计价,最后对该工程的工程造价进行了分析。
