摘要本研究建立了一种液相色谱测定茶皂素含量的方法。色谱柱SUPELCOTM LC-18( mm*250 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-%磷酸(体积比40:60); mL/min;检测波长267 nm;柱温30℃。%~%,%,%,测得水相固形物中茶皂素质量分数为54%,与比色法测定结果相接近,但液相法具有测定简便、快速、准确等特点;与相关液相测定茶皂素方法报道相比,该方法色谱峰分离较好,且避开了溶剂峰干扰等特点,适合作为测定茶皂素含量的分析方法。

Quantitative Analysis of Saponin From Water phase solids produced in Camellia oil aqueous enzymatic extraction process
