摘要
如今信息地发达、科技手段地运用、人才市场地活跃给企业招聘活动地开展提供了方便,但同时也增加了难度,,而名气和资源都比较小地中小企业,,以员工招聘理论为指导,对公司地招聘工作进行了梳理与分析,找出其存在地问题,然后综合考虑企业自身地发展状况,形成一个规范地可操作地招聘实施方案.

Abstract
Now the information developed, the application of scientific and technological means, the talent market for business recruitment activities to provide a convenient, but also increase the difficulty, especially the small and medium-sized city enterprise staff recruitment is facing great difficulties. Large enterprises can rely on its strong reputation and the strength to attract all kinds of talent, and the reputation and resources are relatively small and medium-sized enterprise, how to attract a talent to e the small and medium-sized enterprise managers are very concerned about the problem.
