本文主要介绍翻转式钻床夹具的设计与虚拟制造。通过CATIA和CAXA制造工程师软件完成对翻转式钻床夹具的设计与虚拟制造。
设计的重点是选定零件翻转式钻床夹具,通过CATIA三维实体设计软件对翻转式钻床夹具进行绘制设计,然后将各零件进行装配,最后生成动画,完成顶帖座的设计,以及利用CAXA制造工程师对夹具进行虚拟制造。因此本文要全面的多方位的介绍CATIA三维实体设计和CAXA制造工程师软件,并详细的记录CATIA三维实体设计软件对各个零件的设计与绘制的过程,还要展示CATIA三维实体设计软件对各个零件进行的最后的动画的虚拟装配过程,还要展示CAXA制造工程师对夹具的虚拟制造。另外对于为何选择CATIA三维实体设计软件来进行设计,而不选择其他类似的绘图软件精心设计进行必要的说明和简单的对比。之后形成完整的设计。
翻转式钻床夹具设计与虚拟制造是本设计的重中之重,而翻转式钻长夹具的虚拟制造又是另一重点。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the tilting drilling fixture design and virtual manufacturing. Through the CATIA software CAXA and manufacturing engineers to tilting drilling fixture design and virtual manufacturing.
The focal point of design is selected parts of tilting drilling fixture, through the CATIA software design of three-dimensional tilting drilling fixture design, and then draw the part assembly, pleted, DingTie generated animation design, and the movement by using CAXA manufacturing engineers to fixture on virtual manufacturing. This paper introduces the multidimensional should fully 3d entity CATIA software CAXA design and manufacturing engineers, and detailed records of CATIA software design of each part of the design and drawing process and display CATIA software to design various parts of the virtual assembly process, the animation will display manufacturing engineers to fixture of CAXA virtual manufacturing. Another choice for why CATIA software to design and choose not to carry on the design, and other similar drawing software designed to explain and simple contrast. After forming plete design.
