[摘要] 目的置管后护理临床效果。方法取XX年3月―XX年3月期间该院收治肿瘤伴糖尿病患者53例设对照组,分析并发症发生原因,总结护理体会。于XX年4月―XX年4月收治同类患者52例设实验组。观察并对比两组患者的血管堵塞、非计划拔管、静脉炎、静脉血栓形成、感染、留置时间、对护理工作的评价、对日常生活影响等指标。结果实验组血管堵塞、非计划拔管、静脉炎、感染发生率明显低于对照组,留置时间、护理、对日常生活影响评分实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论置管前控制血糖平稳,置管后予预防性护理可降低并发症,提高满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cannulation of patients with tumor and diabetes. Methods 53 cases of patients with tumor with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from March XX to March XX were selected as the control group, and the occurrence plications was analyzed, and the nursing experience was summarized, and 52 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April XX to April XX were selected as the experimental group, and the vascular clogging, unplanned extubation, phlebitis, venous thrombosis, infection, indwelling time, evaluation of nursing work, maintenance effect of catheter and effect of on the daily life pared between the two groups.
