摘要目的: 评价孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的嗜酸性粒细胞的影响。方法:96例CVA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,疗程结束后所有对象均进行嗜酸性粒细胞(EC)计数,并对2组患者治疗结果进行比较。结果: 观察组在近期症状的改善和体征的控制明显优于对照组, 而且体液免疫检测值治疗后明显改善,复发率明显小于对照组,副反应也不明显。结论: 孟鲁司特应用于治疗CVA的方式值得在临床推广。

Abstract Objective: Analysis of montelukast special cough variant of the impact of asthma patients. 咳嗽变异型哮喘(cough variant asthma, CVA) 是小儿慢性咳嗽的常见病因之一。近年来有报道[1]应用白三烯拮抗剂孟鲁斯特对CVA有明显疗效,为此,本文对我院96例CVA患者分别采用博利康尼片和白三烯拮抗剂孟鲁斯特对CVA的治疗方式进行了比较研究,现报道如下:
1 资料与方法
2007年2月~2008年2月在本院门诊就诊的1~14岁CVA患儿96例随机分成观察组(孟鲁斯特)和对照组(博利康尼片)2组。其中观察组48例中,男性22例,女性26例;年龄1
