近些年来,伴随着计算机技术及网络技术的发展及普及,电子商务迅猛发展。其中,对电子商务产生关键性影响的便是网上支付这一新时代产物了。多数情况下,人们仅仅关注这一先进技术带给日常生活的正能量看,如节约交易成本、缩短交易时间、方便买卖双方、提高成交率等。简而言之,较之之前的传统商务可谓质的提高与突破性创举,但不可否认的是,对于另一类人而言,这一有利工具也帮了不少忙。某种程度上,甚或可以用“如虎添翼”来形容其危害性的助长程度。本文即针对网上支付这一潜在的双刃剑略作分析,主要阐述网上支付对“黑钱”的关键性影响。
