摘要:目的:通过给 NOD/SCID 小鼠脾脏注射急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞株 SUP-B15 建立急性淋巴细胞白
血病一 NOD/SCID 小鼠模型,并进行模型鉴定。
方法:NOD/SCID 小鼠腹腔注射 CD122 单抗后,24h 内脾脏注射接种急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞株 SUP-B15。
持续观察其一般情况和生存时间,流式细胞术监测小鼠外周血 hD45 的表达,并应用组织病理、流式分型
等检测进行模型鉴定。
结果:注射 4—8 周后 5 只小鼠均出现肿瘤髓外浸润,成功建立急性淋巴细胞白血病—NOD/SCID 模型。
结论:应用脾脏注射的方法,可成功建立急性淋巴细胞白血病—NOD/SCID 小鼠模型。

Abstract: Objective:To establelish the model of leukemia-NOD/SCID mice by injecting SUP-B15 cell
line into spleen.
Methods: All mice were given a intraperitoneal injection of anti-CD122 antibody. Inoculating
SUP-B15 cells via splenic injection in 24 hours. observing the general situation, monitoring hCD45
expression in peripheral blood ,and to validate the model by the histopathology and flow cytometry.
Results:4—8W after the injection,5 out of 5 mice took place outer marrow infiltration,eeded in
building model.
Conclusion: The model of outer marrow infiltration of ALL-NOD/SCID mice can be made by
