文档介绍：我国经济适用房制度研究摘要经济适用房是随着我国经济制度的转变而诞生的新生事物。自推行以来,在解决中低收入家庭住房问题、平抑城市住房价格、提高人民生活水平、维护社会稳定等方面做出重要贡献。但是由于相关住房保障制度不健全,导致经济适用房在建设、出售、流通等方面存在诸多问题,比如定位偏高、收入审核不严、销售对象失控、价格失控等,以致使经济适用房应有的经济价值和社会价值受到很多人的“质疑"。因此,完善经济适用房制度,多渠道解决中低收入家庭的住房问题,实现“住有所居",能够维护社会公平正义,构建社会和谐,进而更好的推动社会经济的发展。本文通过分析我国目前的经济适用房制度,结合我国国情,并借鉴国外住房保障体制之“精华",对我国经济适用房制度行反思、剖析。文章首先阐明经济适用房的概念、特征、保障对象、申请及其审核程序等,然后阐述我国经济适用房发展的历史沿革,重点介绍了我国现行经济适用房制度现状、取得的成就和存在的问题,并且就产生问题进行分析,找到解决之道。本文还介绍了西方发达国家和地区的住房保障制度,并将其与我国现行住房保障制度进行对比,提出改革与完善我国经济适用房制度的建议。关键词: 经济适用房制度完善 THE RESEARCH ON OUR COUNTRY’S AFFoRDABLE HOUSE ABSTRACT Affordable housing ischanging asChina'seconomic system andthebirthof new things.
