文档介绍：中国协和医科大学;中国医学科学院硕士学位论文广州相思子和毛相思子种子标准研究姓名:董青松申请学位级别:硕士专业:生药学指导教师:马小军 20071101 中国协和医科人学硕I学位论上摘要为促进广西大宗药材广州相思子Abrus cantoniensis Hance和毛相思子Abrus mollisHance的标准化,为其种质鉴定、种子检验、种子生产提供依掘,解决种子标准缺失而引起的种子纠纷、种子质量参差不齐等问题,本文通过3年对3个产区广州相思子和毛相思子檀株的观察、测定,完善了广州相思子和毛相思子的品种特征描述,提出其品种标准。参照《国际种子检验规程》(1STAl996)和GB/T 3543~1995《农作物种子检验规程》及当ji{『种子检验的研究成果,通过扦样、净度分析、发芽试验、真实性鉴定、水分测定、四哗测定、重量测定的研究,提出了广州相思子和毛相思子种子检验规程。根掘此检验规程,对5个年份89批次种子样品的质量检验、统计分析,提出了种子质量分级标准。通过对严重影响种子质量的种子采留种技术的研究,结合广州相思子和毛相思子栽培技术,提出其种子生产技术规程。关键词:广州相思子毛相思子品种标准种子检验规程种子质量分级种子生产技术中固协年n医科人学硕I学位论文 Abstract Abnts cantoniensis Hance and Abrus mollisHance ale Guangxi nativemedicinal materials,in order to promote their standardization which can provide some foundation ofgemlplasm identification,seed testing,seed production and can solve theseed dispute and seedquality irregularity,this pletely described thecharacters ofAbr淞cantoniensis Hante andAbmsⅢoff西Hance indifferentthree areas and made thestandards oftheculfivars byobserving andtesting inthreeyears, inorder to provied the scientific bases foridentifying and detecting the seeds. Referring totheInternational Seed Testing Rules made by 1STA and theseed Testing 弦rCrops(GB/T3543--1 995)and thelatestresearches,several aspects including seeds sampling,the purity analysis,the germination test,verification ofspecies, determination of moisture TTC test and weight determination were rule ofseed testing was on which 89seed lots were collected andtested infiveyears andtheresutlswere analyzed by statistical methods. Then,the main standards forseed quality grading were , combining thetechnique ofseeds collecting andseeds ation whim can seriously affectseedquality,the technique rules ofseedproducing ofAbrus cantoniensis Hance andAbrus mollisHance Were made.
