跑步机是家庭及健身房常备的器材,而且是当今家庭健身器材中最简单的一种,是家庭健身器的最佳选择。专家们相信未来跑步机市场将以普及和人性化为主,所以跑步机行业的研究设计和开发拥有较好前景。
本课题是首先调查和总结市场上现有的跑步机的优缺点,然后完成多功能跑步机的设计。本课题主要的功能有折叠功能,不用时可以折叠起来从而节省摆放空间;手动调节坡度功能,让用户在跑步时可以体验不同坡度跑步的感觉;自动微调功能可以根据使用者跑步速度的变化而跟着变化,实现让跑步机跟着用户跑等功能。另外本设计的多功能跑步机便于搬运、结构简介、外观美观、人性化设计。除跑步功能外,还有美腰、扭腰、仰卧起坐、背颈部震动按摩等健身方式供用户选择。
本设计先通过预估后进行强度计算进行校核,对电动机选择和传动系统经过精确的设计和计算,并作出合理的选择;然后设计出牢固、简洁又合理美观外部基架结构,并对多功能设计的结构也做了一定的设计,并画出了重要部件的CAD图。
最后完成一个较为完整、实用性强的多功能跑步机设计。
