[摘要] 目的 研究在老年病房中应用护理风险管理的效果。方法 选取该院老年病科2018年5月—2019年5月间收治的74例老年患者作为该次实验对象，采用电脑随机分为观察组与对照组，每组37例，给予对照组常规护理管理，给予观察组风险护理管理，比较两组研究对象护理质量与护理满意度。结果 观察组沟通能力（±）分、应急能力（±）分、操作熟练程度（±）分、服务态度（±）分，各项指标均优于对照组，比较组间数据，差异有统计学意义（P<）;%，%的护理满意度，比较组间数据，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论 将护理管理风险应用于老年病房中，能够确保护理质量，提升患者护理满意度，满足患者护理需求，改善患者护理服务，保证护理工作的安全性，防止有不良事件发生，具有临床意义与推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management in geriatric ward. Methods Seventy-four elderly patients from May 2018 to May 2019 admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of the hospital were selected as the subjects of this experiment. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by computer. 37 patients in each group were given routine nursing management in the control group and risk nursing management in the observation group.
