摘要
椰子内含果肉和椰子水，具有丰富的油脂、蛋白质等营养物质，且椰衣可以加工成纤维垫、绳索等，具有很高的综合应用价值。而剥壳是椰子加工的一个很重要的环节，所以本次设计是一种机械化程度较高的椰子剥壳机械，可提高椰子的剥壳生产效率。
本设计在查阅资料基础上，通过对不同方案的选择，确定剥壳的传动系统方案，进行椰子剥壳机的设计。本设计通过对系统的齿轮、齿辊、轴、挡板、压框装置、进料装置等的结构设计和配合设计，最终完成各个部件的配合组装，通过solidworks三维软件，进行装配，并且以运动仿真的形式演示了本设计的工作过程；同时在AutoCAD的基础上，对该系统的装配图和部分零件图进行了绘制。

Design of the Husking Machine of coconut
Abstract
Coconut and coconut water contains pulp, with rich oil, protein and other nutrients, and can be processed into coconut fiber mat clothing, ropes, etc., with a high value of integrated applications. The peel is a coconut processing is a very important part, so the design is to design a high degree of mechanization coconut husking machines, coconut husking can improve production efficiency.
The design on the basis of access to information, through the choice of different options to determine the peel of the driveline program for coconut sheller design. The design of the system through a gear, gear roller, shaft, baffles, pressure frame means, feed devices, structural design and with the design, the final completion of the various components with the assembly, through the three-dimensional software solidworks, for assembly, and with motion simulation demonstrates the form of the work of the design process; while in AutoCAD, based on the system's assembly drawing and parts diagrams for drawing
