员工休假管理制度
目的
为了维护员工的合法权益，保证公司正常的工作秩序，同时提高工作效率，加强劳动纪律，根据 国家法律法规及有关政策，制定本制度。
适用范围 本制度自下发之日起执行。本制度如与工作所在地的当地政府规定不一致，应按工作所在地的当 地政府规定执行，但在执行前应连同工作所在地的当地政府法规，文件报备人力资源部。
适用于 1 号店所有在职工作员工，即与 1 号店签署劳动合同的员工，不包括第三方人力资源公司 派遣至 1 号店员工。
定义
本单位工作时间：指“本单位工龄”或“系统内累计工作年限”。对于在 1 号店系统内不同 法人之间有调动记录的员工，根据“系统内累计工作年限”，就高确定休假。
“合理规划，提前申请”原则：为避免集中休假对工作的不利影响，员工需要对自己的休假 时间提前规划，并与直线领导提前沟通统筹安排。 员工在正式休假前，应提前告知直线领导并正 式履行休假申请手续，妥善安排休假期间的工作，待请假审批获批后，方可休假。
职责 人力资源部：负责本制度的解释及修订。
程序内容
法定节假日
根据国家现行规定，元旦、 春节、 清明节、 劳动节、 端午节、 中秋节、 国庆节、 妇女节、 青年节等属法定节假日。
