文档介绍:学号: 毕业设计题目:U盘盖的注塑模具设计作者届别 15届系别机电系专业机械设计制造及其自动化指导老师职称讲师完成时间 2015 年 5月 14日 I 摘要本文是关于 U盘盖的模具设计,我就整个设计流程去全面的介绍关于该注塑模具的整个设计过程。本论文阐述的是 U盘盖的注塑模具设计,根据普通的 U盘盖来进行设计的。首先设计出塑件的模型,然后选用适合的材料,接下来再进行模具的设计。包括注塑模的结构设计,零件尺寸计算,结构设计,分型面的选择,型腔数目的确定, 浇注系统的设计, 排气系统的设计, 导向系统的设计, 脱模系统的设计, 加热冷却系统的设计。设计的重点在于成型系统和浇注系统与脱模系统,而成型系统的重点在于分型面的设计,它决定了型芯和型腔结构。在设计中, 通过合理设计推出机构和脱模机构,是保证塑件成功的关键。关键词: 模具;分型面;模具型腔;注射机 II Abstract This article is about the lidof the U disk mold design, I have the whole design process prehensive introduction about the whole design process of injection mold. This thesis describes the U disk cap injection mold is designed, according to the ordinary U disk cover for design. Design a plastic model first, and then choose the suitable material, then to the design of the mould. Including the structure design of the injection mold parts size calculation, structure design, the parting surface selection, the determination of cavity number, the design of gating system, the design of the exhaust system, guiding system design, demoulding system design, the design of the heating cooling system. Design is focused on molding system and pouring system and ejection system, molding system is focused on the parting surface design, it determines the core and cavity structure. In the design, through the reasonable design institutions and demoulding mechanism, is to ensure that the key to the ess of plastic parts. Keywords: mold; Parting surface.
