摘要
我国的GSM网络正在迅速发展，在这个过程中，面临的最大的问题是城市通信热点的增多和农村的全面覆盖，为实现GSM网络无缝隙覆盖，保持较高的通话质量，GSM网络优化工作任重而道远。一个完善的网络往往需要经历由最初的网络规划，工程建设，投入使用，到日常维护，网络优化的历程，并且进入循环，对于相对稳定的GSM网络加强优化工作，搞好运行维护，提高通信网络服务质量。
本文首先介绍GSM系统结构、系统接口、信道配置和分类，进而阐述网络优化的概念、目标、分类和优化过程等理论知识，最后结合作者参与的广西梧州岑溪移动优化项目，论述其中的优化过程和思路，分析其中典型的优化案例，最终达到网络优化的目的。

Abstract
In the period which is rapid development of GSM in China, the biggest problem and challenge is how to solve the fairly increased amount of busy area of communiation and build complete signal coverage in suburban district. So that the optimization for GSM which fulfills the seameless signal coverage and guarantees the high-quality of conversation is a difficult and long-term assignment. And concerning a approximately sabilized GSM net, the ISP should enhance the network optimization, reinforce the operating maintenance, and facilitate the quilty of service. So that, a complete cycle of establishing a communication net contains network design, construction, operation, current maintenance and network optimization.
The issure, initially, introduces GSM system architecture, system interface, channel allocation and classification. In addtion, it expounds the concept of network optimization, target, assortment, and the process of optimization. Ultimately, the article discusses the experience of project, the author participates a mobile network optimization in the Cenxi,Wuchow, province of Guangxi, and analyses the typical case of opti
