文档介绍：摘要随着全球经济的不断深化,我国市场经济体制也在不断地完善,市场在资源配置方面的主导作用逐渐增强。在竞争激烈的市场经济环境中,技术进步已逐渐成为企业生存、发展的关键力量,尤其对于中小企业,技术进步的作用更为突出。占我国企业总数99%以上的中小企业能否健康、稳定成长直接影响着我的提高,因此,研究中小企业的技术创新具有十分重要的理论与实践意义。本文力图在国内外相关理论和研究基础上,积极借鉴国内外关于中小技术创新动力机制的研究成果,对安徽省和县中小企业技术创新动力不足的影响因素进行分析,找出当前中小企业技术创新实践中存在的急需解决的问题,在分析研究国内外关于中小企业技术创新的成功经验的基础上,提出促进和县中小企业技术创新的对策,为和县中小企业创新工作建言献策。全文共分为六个部分:第一章,绪论。阐明本文选题来源、研究意义、和国内外关于企业技术创新的研究,并指出本文研究内容和方法。第二章,中小企业技术创新与县域经济发展。首先对中小企业界定,介绍了技术创新的类型以及基本特征,最后介绍了中小企业技术创新在促进县域经济发展中的重要地位。第三章,中小企业技术创新动力机制研究。分析指出促进中小企业技术创新的内动力及外动力机制。第四章,和县中小企业技术创新动力剖析。介绍了和县当前中小企业技术创新现状,系统分析了和县中小企业技术创新动力不足问题。第五章, 国内外中小企业技术创新的成功经验与启示。文章介绍了国内外关于中小企业技术创新的成功经验,通过比较分析,获得创新启示。第六章,在借鉴的基础上提出促进和县中小企业技术创新对策。关键词:中小企业;技术创新;动力机制;对策 Abstract As theglobal economic deVelopment,China’s market economic system has e more and more market in rcsource allocation ofleamng role 铲adually stren酉hened.
