应对城市气候变化的城市规划节能策略

摘要：中国的城市建设与飞速发展的城市化进程不协调，粗犷的能源应用过程中产生的大量 废弃物、温室气体和热童排放是导致城市气候恶化的重要影响因素，并对社会经济发展和居民身体 健康产生危害。本文通过对哈尔滨市近30年气象数据演变分析，并从城市能源应用和规划的角度 探讨影响城市气候变化的可能原因，进而从城市规划学科角度提出了紧凑型城市布局、公共交通优 先、调整经济产业结构、节能型建筑技术应用以及应用型绿色能源技丈的开发等方面的寒地城市节 能应对策略。

Abstract: Urbanization process in China will continue to grow rapidly in a long time・ However, there is a big crack between urban construction and rapid urbanization process.
