摘 要
随着时代巨轮的滚滚前进,社会科技水平的日益发展;随着改革开放以来祖的迅速提高,使得人们对生活环境的要求也进一的提高,继而空调这一数年前的奢侈品,这一“旧时王堂前燕”今日飞入了寻常百姓家。
小到家用户式空调、中到多联机、以至中央空调系统在我开创了一上广泛发展时期,给人们创造了舒适的生活环境,甚至对于大型公用民用建筑与一些特殊场所来说,空调已经是不可或缺的。然而随着空调已应用的空前发那展,空调使用过程中的巨大能耗,其冷热源与水泵的合理选用、对地我们这样一上人口众多而资源相对缺乏的国家来说与也日益引起了人们的关注。这其中的关键之所在空调的设计与选型与其冷热源与水泵的合理选用就显得格外重要。
本设计为市酒店中央空调系统工程设计,共22层,地下1层。 工程一至四层有夜总会、宴会厅、会议室等大空间采用全空气系统,其它桑拿房、包房、客房等采用风机盘管加独立新风,新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室空气焓值,风机盘管承担室全部冷负荷与部分的新风湿负荷。一层宾馆大堂采用方型散流器平射流形式。水系统采用闭式双管异程式,冷水泵三台,两用一备。冷却水泵选三台,两用一备。卫生间通风统一由排风扇接出,在末端安装止回阀。
地下室车库做防排烟系统,一层设两台空调机组,二、三层设一台空调机组,一台新风机组。四层设两台空调机组,标准层设两台新风机组,整个设计单独设置排风管道,由轴流风机直接排入室外与风井,标准层卫生间设排风。
