This insurance contract e effective since this insurance e into force ,the Insurer collected premium and issued insurance policy. 保险对象 Insurance Object 第四条本保险适用于承保贸易贷款合同。 Article 4 This Insurance apply to trade loans contract. 保险责任 Insurance Coverage 第五条保险责任范围对所有属于本保险合同承保范围且无争议的贷款合同项下的债款, 在被保险人签订该合同之后, 若借方未按照该合同的规定还款, 由此给被保险人带来的债款及利息损失, 保险人依照本保险合同的规定承担赔偿责任。保险人的保险责任起始于被保险人按照贸易贷款合同放款之时。本保险合同所承保的放款需满足如下条件: (一) 放款须用于: 按照保险单中列明的销售合同的规定, 就卖方交付的进口汽车, 为买方支付对应价款; (二)放款需在保险单规定的放款期内发生,相应款项需在本保险合同保险期间内拨付。 Article 5 Insurance Coverage For the debts falling into the scope of this insurance contract ’s coverage, and the insurance contract is not contradictory.
