摘要：解决大学生中日益严重的心理问题是当前大学工作的重要内容；人格缺失、人际交往困难、恋爱情感波动和学习、就业压力是造成大学生出现心理问题的主要原因；一些大学生的心理上存在着一系列不良反应和适应障碍，危害着青年学生身心健康，阻碍着他们的成长和发展，因此，建立科学、有效、灵敏的大学生心理危机干预机制，对解决大学生心理问题具有重要的意义。

从个体发展的角度来看，大学生处于青少年向成年的过度转变时期。在这一阶段中，容易出现考上大学的自豪感和处理问题能力不高的自卑感的矛盾冲突，强烈的交往需要与孤独感的矛盾冲突，理想与现实的矛盾冲突等一系列问题。这些矛盾如果长时间得不到解决，在遭遇某种刺激时，就会影响学生的健康成长，容易出现心理问障碍。
