文档介绍：东北师范大学硕士学位论文利益分化对构建社会主义和谐社会的影响及对策姓名:佟轶材申请学位级别:硕士专业:政治学理论指导教师:柏维春 20070401 摘要构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央适应新的历史任务的要求作出的重大战略举措。建构社会主义和谐社会是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容,和谐社会是一个社会结构合理、价值共识达成、制度安排科学的社会:和谐社会的本质是以人为本的多元、理性、正义、法治、平衡和稳定有序的社会。随着改革的深入,人们之间的利益关系发生重大调整,利益分化日渐凸显,利益纷争冲突也有日益增多和激化的趋势。本文分析了改革开放以来中国社会利益分化的总体形态,并从政治学角度分析了利益分化在推动中国政权建设、促进权力资源的合理配置、促进社会主义民主与法制建设等方面的积极作用及其给中国政治、经济、文化等方面所带来的消极影响。从中我们可以看出利益分化既要有一个合理的“度”,更要建立在公正、平等的基础上,而还必须是有序的。唯有如此,才有利于效率的提高和社会生产力的向前发展,才是合乎时代需要的合理的利益分化。如何在新形势下协调好多元利益主体的矛盾冲突,保持社会持续健康稳定的发展,构建新型的和谐社会,是一个十分有探讨价值的理论前沿问题。本文基于上述理由,简要论述了相关问题及其解决方案。关键词:和谐社会利益分化对策 Abstract To build aharmonious socialism inChina is ahistoricstrategy taken munist Party ofChina under thenew aharmonious society is an important content ofstrentheuing theconstruction ability ofadministration harmouiolIs society is one witllreasonable conllnlnon value lllon value, reached scientifically arranged society means a society which is human—oriented,diversified,reasonable,just thereformdeveloping in depth,people have experienced great changes intheirrelationships their interestshavegradually conflictsandclashesconcerning ttIeirinterests are alsoincreasing articleanalyses the general state ofChinese profit division sincereform and openness and from thepolitical view the articlealsoanalyses its positive roleplaying inpropelling building ofChinese political power,promoting reasonal allocation ofpower resources and helping development of socialistdemocracy and socialist legalsystem forward觞well asthenegative effectbringing tOChinese politics,So thiskind ofinterest differentiationshouldhave itsration,and buildonjmt,fair and ingood likethis,could itbehelpful totheincreaseofefficiency anddevelopment ofsocial production, which meets theneed ,how tOfurtherimprove China’Slegal construction under thenew situation,and coordinate themuttiple interests
