Last weekend,when I was taking the elevator in my apartment building,a man with a large dog came dog seemed very fierce and kept barking at me.
What is more serious is that it was not bound to any big dog licked my shoes and I was really frightened. However,the owner was not regretful at all and he even didn’t say sorry to was really angry about this uncivilized behavior.
While it is true that people have right to keep pets,they still have to consider other people’s example,when they walk the dog outside,they,at least,have to bind the dog to a rope and keep it under control. As I know,in some western countries,it is illegal to walk the dog without a rope to bind think measures should be taken to prevent this kind of uncivilized thing happening again.
