事件性新闻采访的类型
突发性事件采访：是指事前没有任何预告，突然发生的时间的采访，如飞机失事、货车相撞、地震、台风等。具有急、乱、快的特点。
预发性事件采访：是指记者对事件的发生事前已有所闻，在有准备的情况下所进行的采访，如有预告的会议、选举、展览、竞赛、演出、节目庆典、领导同志的视察等，具有预告性、循环性、模式性的特点。
非事件性新闻采访
是指报道那些没有明显的起止日期，也不是一个相对完整、有形的事件的新闻所进行的采访活动，如反映人的精神境界与行为追求的，反映一个地方或部门的变迁，反映社会的呼声和问题等。
非事件性新闻采访的类型：
告知型的：指用直接“叙事”的手法，达到向受众“告知”信息的目的的一种非事件性新闻采访
调查型的：指用调查研究的方法，公开揭露社会问题的真相极其症结所在的一种非事件性新闻采访样式
