寻找最佳新闻角度：两个原则：根据不同读者群的定位寻找最佳的报道角度。根据接近性原理选择
选择最佳角度的方法：以旧见新、以小见大、虚中觅实、逆向思维、发散思维、统摄思维、全局高度找角度。
新闻跳笔：所谓笔法，西方叫叙述学，我们指的是运笔的技巧，行文叙述的方法。
新闻跳笔的特点：①在文体结构上是多段体。②它主张“跳”，在句子与句子、段落与段落之间可以有甚至有较大的跳跃
