The monthly remuneration shall be paid by transfer to the bank account of the Employee within 5 days from the end of each calendar month.

The quarterly bonuses shall be paid by transfer to the bank account of the Manager within 30 days from the end of each calendar quarter.

The year-end bonus shall be paid by transfer to the bank account of the Manager within 30 days from the approval of profit and sales statement for given accounting year by the Supervisory Board.
