多中心综合干预临床试验
1，降压治疗：采用中心随机的方法将患者分为
A组：氨氯地平 + 替米沙坦
B组：氨氯地平 + 复方阿米洛利
2，调脂治疗：降压试验中正常偏高胆固醇（- mmol/L）的高危者随机用小剂量辛伐他汀10mg/d或常规调脂治疗
3，改善生活方式治疗：按社区整群随机分为强化生活方式干预或常规干预组，包括专门的戒烟、限盐、限酒、减重、运动等方面的患者与医生的教育
