(三)市土地储藏机构根据?深圳市土地储藏管理方法?(市政府令第153号)和相关实施细那么的规定，与有关单位签订的委托管理合同尚未到期的。
原管理单位应当按照深府〔2022〕43号文件、委托管理文件和本暂行方法的规定，严格实施国有未出让土地的日常管理。
第六条 按照深府〔2022〕43号文件，原已划定范围并移交街道办事处管理的可建设用地，由区人民政府、新区管理机构负责清场、理清经济关系、明确地块界址后，将土地移交市土地储藏机构管理。

第七条 除本暂行方法第五条第一款规定情形外，市规划国土部门应当会同农业、水务、城管部门，按照“以城市规划功能为主导、结合现状、方便管理〞的原那么，划定国有未出让土地日常管理范围。
第八条 日常管理范围划定后，由市规划国土部门按土地现状将国有未出让土地分别移交市农业、水务、城管部门和市土地储藏机构实施日常管理。
移交手续按照以下程序办理：
(一)市规划国土部门应当向市农业、水务、城管部门和市土地储藏机构移交土地汇总表及分区土地汇总表、土地分布图及分区管理范围土地分布图等资料，土地汇总表需列明地块属性、边界，土地分布图上各类用地边界应当清晰、明确；
