第九条 企业中层干部的学历和年龄规定：

（二）新提拔中层干部的年龄原则上不超过40周岁。
（三）中层干部任职年龄规定：企业中层干部男满55周岁（副总师不超过57周岁）、女满50周岁（副总师不超过52周岁）不再聘任中层职务；因年龄原因不再聘任中层干部职务的人员，有关待遇按企业制定的相关规定执行。
第四章 数量和结构
第十条 企业内设机构数量，按照《公司实施企业部门、岗位规范设置的意见》和公司核定给各企业的机构设置执行。
第十一条 企业“副总师”职数的设置
（一）规模以上企业或员工人数超过1000人的企业，配置为5－7职，总数不超过领导班子职数。
（二）规模以下企业或员工人数少于1000人的企业，配置不超过３职。
（三）投资经营、物流运销、区域检修等企业设置不超过2职。
（四）企业如确因工作需要，需增加“副总师”职数，应充分阐明理由，报公司批准后执行。
第十二条 企业中层干部职数，管理部门配置不超过2职，规模以上企业运行、检修、燃料等生产部门一般配置3－4职，生产部门分部配置不超过2职；规模以下企业运行、检修、燃料等生产部门一般配置1－2职。
