实验二 电子商务物流运作模式的选择
【实验目的】
通过本项目的实训，使学生掌握物流管理组织的类型和组成要素，能够运用网络工具收集资料，运用所学知识分析实际问题，并提交分析报告。
【实验内容】
1．上网收集假设干个著名企业〔如京东、天猫〕从事电子商务物流的资料，比较其物流运作模式的差异，分析其中的原因，并提交电子商务物流运作模式分析报告。
2．针对某一种特定类型的企业如何从事电子商务物流管理工作，提交XX企业电子商务物流运作模式策划方案。
