With the Purchase Agents :
与采购专人：
to check if the quantity of goods delivered is in accordance with the quantity in the purchase contract
核对交货数量与否与采购合同上旳数量一致；
to provide some stock information to the Purchase Agents (material shortage for example)
向采购专人提供某些库存信息（例如：物料局限性）；
- to give the received material form to the Purchase Agents
将收料单交与采购专人；
With the Supply Chain Manager : the received material form and issued material form for the finished pumps must be confirmed by the Supply Chain Manager
与物流经理：收料单和成品领料单都须由物流经理确认；
With the QC Manager : to get the QC inspection form for received goods, or to get the stock-in form for the finished parts
与质检经理：从质检经理处得到收到货品旳质检单和成品旳入库单；
With the QC personnel : to get the stock-in form for the semi-finished parts
与质检人员：从质检人员处得到半成品零件旳入库单；
With the Workshop Chief : to get the production plan for raw material, in order to make a preparation of the material according to the plan
与车间主任：从车间主任处得到毛坯旳施工单，该职位承当者根据施工单进行备料；
With the Workers : to give the materials to the Workers (raw material, tools, auxiliary material, …)
与工人：车间工人从该职位承当者处领料（毛坯、工具、辅料, …）；
With the Production Manager : to check together
