1、自由跳跃后随老师集体练习立定跳远。

3、游戏：兔子采蘑菇。
Game: the rabbits pick mushrooms
游戏方法:把学生分成四组（不同颜色的蘑菇和兔子），每一组选出一位学生做“兔子”，其余学生做“蘑菇”。游戏开场，蘑菇找到地上相应的白点，做出蘑菇状，兔子开场找到和自己相应颜色的蘑菇,“采”到后带回自己的“家”。然后继续采,采完后换其别人继续进展游戏。（精品文档请下载）
