2002年获得市第一批青年骨干教师；
2003年获得市教学能手；
2009年被评为县级优秀教师
2011年被誉为县级教坛精英。
在工作的同时，我也不忘提高自己的理论水平和参与科学研究。积极参加市、区教育局组织的各项论文竞赛，并多次获奖。另外还分别在“当代中学生报”和“中学生导报”多次发表论文。2007年我所承担的科研课题获省科研成果二等奖。
捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，陶行知先生的真知灼言，言犹在耳，我深感一位人民教师的责任，也深感一位人民教师的光荣，成绩属于过去，未来才属于自己。无论这次评选结果如何，我仍会一如既往的坚守好自己的工作岗位。
