二、自查情况
学校严格执行制度，并经常督促检查落实情况，发现问题及时纠正。现将具体检查情况报告如下：
1、学校不存在收取学生学杂费、借读费、择校费的现象，真正做到零收费。
2、学校没有以募捐、摊派、服务等形式增加学生家庭负担的收费问题。
3、学校不存在违规向学生和家长收取转学费情况，学校不收赞助等与招生入学挂钩的费用，无违规办班情况。
4、学校不组织学生统一购买教辅材料、课外读物等，无强制服务、强制收费现象。
5、学校没有违反规定强制学生订购教辅材料、课外读物、学具、报刊杂志的情况。
6、学校没有多报、虚报和重报学生人数，没有弄虚作假骗取或挪用免费义务教育资金行为，也没有对在公办学校就读的本省户籍以及符合省规定免费义务教育条件的外省户籍学生收取书杂费的情况。
7、学校没有违反规定举办向学生收费的各种兴趣班、辅导班、补习班、提高班或变相收费补课等情况。
