    1、负责全校教科研发展规划、课题指南的制定。
    2、制定教育科研课题管理的办法及有关章程、规定、制度。
    3、负责课题的日常管理工作,包括组织各级各类科研课题的申报和评审、成果鉴定、验收、奖励和推广工作。
    4、监控研究进程。对批准立项的科研课题实行全程监控。
    5、负责协调校内外各种学术团体和组织的关系,组织开展教育科研有关的活动,促进校内外交流与合作。
    6、搞好科研服务,提供科研技术指导、科研人员培训、信息提供。
    7、做好科研成果的收集、整理、上报等工作。
    8、组织、参与部分重点课题的研究工作。
    第五条  已申报课题的教师要有课题负责人,教科处与课题负责人定期开会,指导和管理课题研究。
