随着社会的发展，3G的大力普及以及4G的实验普及正在进行中，网络通信的质量与安全越来越受到人们的普遍重视。网络优化实质上是对手机和基站之间的空中信号的性能改善，换言之就是通过数据采集、性能评估、优化方法制定和优化方法实施多个环节来完成的。其中数据采集包括路测和拨打测试以及话务统计等。 网络优化的目的就是对投入运行的无线网络进行参数采集、数据分析，找出影响网络质量的原因，通过技术手段或参数调整使网络达到最好运行状态的方法，使网络资源获得最好效益，同时了解、研判网络的发展趋势，，我对TD-SCDMA做了一个分析与研究。TD-SCDMA标准是第一个由中国提出的，以我国知识产权为主的、被国际上广泛接受和认可的无线通信国际标准。TD-SCDMA采用了时分双工、智能天线、联合检测、DCA、同步和接力切换等多项关键技术。随着TD-SCDMA系统的不断发展和商用，对TD-SCDMA无线网络的优化显得尤为重要。
