accordance with the Provisional Rules of Promulgated by the said Arbitration Commission. The Arbitration Committee shall be final
and binding upon both parties, and the arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.
仲裁：在执行本合同中所发生的或许与合同相关的全部争吵，由两方
磋商解决。假如磋商后仍不可以解决时， 得提请仲裁。仲裁在中国进行，由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会依据该仲裁委员会的仲裁程序规则进
行仲裁。仲裁判决为最后决定，对买卖两方都有拘束力。除该仲裁委员会还有决定外，仲裁花费由败诉一方负担。
Arbitration: Any and all disputes arising from or in connection with the performance of the Contract shall be settled through
negotiation by both parties, failing which they shall be
submitted for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in
China and shall be conducted by China International Economic and
Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with the rules of
procedures of the said commission. The arbitration award shall
be final and binding upon both Buyer and Seller. Unless otherwise
awarded by the said arbitration commission, the arbitration fees
shall be borne by the losing part
