财务部审计员及会计致力于服务公司各业务部门，负责审计和监督业务部门与外协商的合作过程和最终结果。确定合作项目后，审计员配合业务部门与外协商签订专项经济合同，其合同中必须注明对外协项目的专项要求、外协服务标准、违约责任、付款条件等条款，彻底杜绝口头协议或人情合同，所有外协商合同由审计部审定，财务总监签字盖章，方为有效合同；会计员负责审核每个项目中的现金流，根据现金借款额、付款周期、结算周期等对外协商进行评估；所有外协商根据市场情况报价，若有价格变动，需及时以书面形式盖章后报予我公司，原则上为一季度提供一次。

，项目负责人应随时保持和加强与外协商、客户方代表的联系和沟通，尽可能提高执行力度的精准率；将可能发生的事故或隐患消灭在萌芽状态；
在活动执行过程中，一旦发生质量问题，项目负责人应及时上报审计部并将该项目管登记在案，严禁隐瞒不报。重点分析、总结事故的原因，查找解决问题的方法，杜绝、预防此类事件的再次发生。作为活动结束后的总结材料和个人综合能力的评价依据；事故原因及过程需由行政人事部通报客户部及执行部，以防下次发生类似事件。
