应聘单位盲目追求人才高学历，也是造成大学生就业不公平的重要因素。有些应聘单位不注重仁慈啊的素质，而是片面追求应聘者的学历。大专生或者本科生完全可以胜任的工作，偏偏要硕士生，博士生来做，这使得实现大学生个公平就业之路更加漫长。
户籍歧视
户籍歧视，通俗点讲就是歧视外地人。虽然，国家一再鼓励事业单位聘用各地的高校毕业生，但户籍歧视的现象仍然十分严重。具体表现为：有些单位招聘员工时明确户籍限制，因而一些优秀的大学毕业生因没有当地户口，而无法进入该地。
性别歧视
女性是社会的半边天。女性的就业状况不仅体现了妇女在政治，经济。人格上的独立情况，而且体现了一个社会的公平度和文明程度，甚至关系着社会和谐发展的进程。如今，我国女大学生在就业率方面比男生低许多。经常关注公务员考试或者事业单位招考的人，不难发现，招考中性别要求为男性的岗位居多。甚至到了面试环节，男性也明显更受青睐。因此，很多大学生认为就业机会不平等是当期那男女不平等的最突出表现。

另外，民族歧视，年龄歧视，相貌歧视，独生子女歧视等现象，也在一定程度上阻碍着大学生公平就业的实现。
二。大学生就业不公平给社会和谐发展带来的影响
如果任由这种龙生龙，凤生凤的情形在就业市场上发展下去，势必会使无家庭背景的大学生心灵受到冲击和伤害，进而产生悲观消极甚至愤世嫉俗的情绪。而凭借父辈的资源运作找到满意工作的大学生，则可能养成不思进取，凡是以来社会关系的****惯，这两股不良风气不及时制止，必然会阻碍社会主义核心价值体系的建设，对构建公平公正的和谐社会埋下隐患。
