三、有关要求
抽查复核小组要按照鲁食安办发〔2014〕8号文件规定，严格标准，严肃纪律，确保复核结果扎实可靠、客观公正，经得住评价和考验。
密切配合。各市局要按照创建方案（鲁食安办发〔2014〕8号）和本方案要求，及时提供创建动员、县级局申报推荐、满意度调查和市局现场核查的相关资料，并配合做好食品流通示范单位（店）的随机抽取和现场检查工作。
严格标准。要按照“食安山东”食品流通示范单位（店）创建标准逐条对照进行复核，所有抽查复核项目均符合创建标准的视为达标，将列入“食安山东”食品流通示范单位评审名单。其中食用及食用农产品批发市场、大中型商场及连锁超市、食品供货商抽查复核如不达标，再随机补充选择另一家申请单位组织复核，如果两家都不达标，暂时取消该市相应食品经营示范单位创建资格，整改达标后由所在市的食药监局提出申请再抽查复核。食品经营店各市抽查复核5家，如果3家（含）以上不达标的，暂时取消该市相应食品经营示范店创建资格，整改达标后由所在市的食药监局提出申请再抽查复核。

固定痕迹。各抽查复核小组要认真填写《“食安山东”食品流通示范单位（店）抽查复核登记表》。全部复核项目均符合创建标准的，要逐项留存影像证据；发现抽查复核项目不符合创建标准的，要留存该项影像证据和现场记录，并在《“食安山东”食品流通示范单位（店）抽查复核登记表》详细记录。
严肃纪律。坚决杜绝弄虚作假、徇私舞弊、平衡照顾和形式主义。要严格遵守“八项规定”等纪律要求，抽查复核组住宿费、伙食费和市际交通费由省食品药品监管局按照国家规定标准承担。
（五）落实责任。各抽查复核组组长要认真履行带队责任，严格按照规定程序开展抽查复核工作。抽查复核工作结束后2日内，将抽查复核情况小结、《“食安山东”食品流通示范单位（店）抽查复核登记表》、影像证据汇总整理完毕并报省食品药品监管局食品流通处。
