城际铁路网规划环评中的规划分析研究·

摘要:研究目的:规划分析是规划环评中环境影响分析、预测与评价的基础,尤以规划协调性分析最为关键。
在《规划环境影响评价技术导则总纲》颁布实施之际,本文在收集整理大量翔实现状资料的基础上,以关中城
市群城际铁路网规划为例,系统研究了规划环评中的规划分析,为同类铁路网规划环评工作提供借鉴。

与城市发展协调共处等角度,分析铁路网规划与其他相关规划的协调性,明确城际铁路网对国家相关政策、规
划、区域相关规划等方面的影响;怨婊蝗范ㄐ越蟹治觯繁3晒崧鄣目蒲裕本研究成果可
为城际铁路网规划提供指导和决策参考,对同类铁路网规划的环境影响评价也具有积极的借鉴意义。
