ITO蚀刻膏工艺流程
Process flow of ITO etching paste
ITO玻璃(薄膜):在其导电层需要蚀刻的部位丝网印刷“蚀刻油墨”→烘箱烘烤→自来水/超声波清洗→烘干玻璃表面水份→蚀刻工艺完成。
ITO glass (film): in the conductive layer to be etched in the site of screen printing "etching ink" - oven baking / water / ultrasonic cleaning / drying glass surface water / etching plete.
本工艺流程的特点与传统的刻蚀工艺刚好相反(传统工艺中覆盖油墨部分的导电膜被保留,而本工艺覆盖刻蚀油墨的导电膜部分则被刻蚀掉)。

ITO蚀刻膏具体工艺步骤:

将约200~400克蚀刻油墨稍稍搅拌均匀后倒至丝网印刷台面,

选用网目为(250目或420目)、水性耐酸型感光胶网板进行丝网印刷,印刷范围为需要蚀刻的部位,印刷厚度为15—20um。

部分导电层厚度较薄的ITO薄膜,印刷后常温放置约20分钟即可完成蚀刻,环境湿度控制在50
