鼻窦炎是临床常见病、多发病,其人群发病率为15%[1] .急性鼻窦炎(acute sinusitis,AS)普遍应用抗生素治疗[2] .慢性鼻窦炎(chronic sinusitis,CS)是由细菌、病毒、免疫功能紊乱[3] 等多因素作用的结果,尤为难治,常反复发作,,仍以抗生素,,就能够更好地筛选抗生素,改进手术方案及开展中医药药理研究,势必能改善目前的治疗状况,为科学研究和临床治疗创造条件,(40%),葡萄球菌[4] ,流感嗜血杆菌等需氧菌及厌氧菌[5] .肺炎链球菌是常见病原菌[6] .家兔对肺炎链球菌易感,故我们采用鼻窦造口术结合接
